Overview
Rochester Stampings, part of Rochester Manufacturing Group, makes millions of custom washers, shims, and spacers every year. It specializes in washers with an outside diameter of one inch or less, in metal and non-metal materials.
Thickness runs from .002" stainless steel to .187" cold-rolled steel, and from .005" Kapton to .100" brass. Non-standard sizes and special shapes are made to your print on tooling built in-house. Every washer is made to order, not pulled from stock.

What size washers do you make?
Rochester Stampings specializes in washers 1" O.D. and under, in thicknesses from .002" to .187" depending on material.
Can you make non-metal washers?
Yes. Non-metal washers are made from Kapton, FR4, phenolics, nylon, Delrin, ABS, and other materials.
Do you keep washers in stock?
No. Every washer is made to order to your print, which is how Rochester Stampings handles special sizes and shapes.
